We try to make it as easy as possible for you to order your prescription drugs from Smartmedcare.com: simply follow the steps below or call us toll free at 1-877-743-7847 between 10am-5pm PST / 1pm-8pm EST and a customer service representative will be happy to take your order personally.
STEP 1
To begin use the Store Directory on the home page or select the Pharmacy tab from the top left corner of the screen. Next, find your medication in the alphabetical index on our drug prices & information page. Select your prescribed strength, quantity, and form and click "add to cart."
STEP 2
Once you've added all your prescriptions to your cart, click on "Checkout" to continue. For your convenience, you can view the contents of your cart on the left side of every page. Next, we'll walk you through creating an account -- entering your e-mail address, creating a password, and (most importantly) filling out a Health Profile. Your Health Profile gathers the information we need to fill a prescription: allergies, medical conditions, and more.
STEP 3
Checkout and order your prescription.
STEP 4
Decide how to provide your prescription information and select your payment method.
There are three ways to provide your prescription information:
Mail us the original prescription written by your doctor;
Fax us the original prescription written by your doctor;
Have your doctor call us.
It's very important that you complete your order before you provide your prescription information. If we receive your prescription information before you complete your order, we won't be able to fill your medication.
You can pay for a prescription with a credit card. Your order will be shipped as soon as we've received and processed your prescription information. New medications arrive in up to 14 days. Refills will be delivered 6-8 days after you place an order.
