over-the-counter product return policy

Smartmedcare.com will only exchange or return Over-the-Counter products that are unopened and have not been damaged in any way.


1.	Call us at (toll free) 1-877-743-7847 or email returns@smartmedcare.com to obtain a Return Authorization number (required).
2.	Download and complete the smartmedcare.com OTC Product Returns and Exchange form.
3.	Secure the return merchandise in the original packaging, if available, or any sturdy box, and enclose the completed OTC Product Returns and Exchange form. Please DO NOT return fragile items in an envelope.
4.	Return the item by regular post to the address specified on the OTC Product Returns and Exchange form.

Your return/exchange will be processed promptly. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your store credit to be issued.
