Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any unopened/unused Sports Medicine products that are in its original condition when purchased from Smartmedcare.com, for a store credit. We are currently unable to accept returns of items once they have been opened/used, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange your product or issue a store credit (less shipping charges). We will notify you via e-mail with your store credit receipt.
Exchanges
We will exchange UNOPENED and UNUSED Sports Medicine products at no charge.
Return or Exchange Process
To begin the return or exchange process please do the following:

Call us at (toll free) 1-877-743-7847 or email returns@smartmedcare.com to obtain a Return Authorization number (required).
Secure the return merchandise in the original packaging, if available, or any sturdy box, and enclose the completed Sports Medicine Products Returns and Exchange form.
4.
Return the item by regular post to the address specified on the Sports Medicine Products Returns and Exchange form.
Your return/exchange will be processed promptly Please allow 2-3 weeks for your store credit to be issued.
