This medicine is a skin bleaching agent used to temporarily lighten dark-colored patches of skin (also called melasma, liver spots, age spots, freckles) caused by pregnancy, birth control pills, hormone medicine, or injury to the skin. This medicine also contains sunscreens to help prevent dark spots from re-occurring due to sunlight or ultraviolet light exposure. This medicine works by blocking the chemical process in the skin that leads to discoloration.
Directions:
Apply a thin layer of medicine to the area that is being treated and rub it in thoroughly. If you miss a dose of this medicine, use it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not use 2 doses at once.
Ingredients:
Each gram of GLYQUIN XM contains 40mg Hydroquinone USP, 80 mg Octocrylene USP, 40 mg Oxybenzone USP and 30 mg Avobensone USP in a vanishing cram base of purified water USP, glycolic acid, poloxamer 407 NF, propylene glycol USP, glycerol monosterate, triethanolamine NF, plyoxyl 4 lauryl ether, lemon extract, propyl gallate NF, ascorbyl palmitate NF, vitamin E USP, methylparaben NF, edetate disodium USP, benzalkonium chloride and Hyaluronic acid. |
